		<description>Sappy and grandiose or not, you're right -- it is an honor and a privilege to have the chance to be with people at such turning points in their lives, whether the joy is greater than the pain this time or vice versa.  It's also an opportunity for you to hold up a mirror for them to show them the strength that you see.  It's a gift of yours that you can be so present with your patients, even though it does mean a rough ride for you personally.

Big hugs to you, girl.  It was a lucky thing for this woman that you were there.</description>
